Think about how small and insignificant travel you do if you only run less than a kilometer or so. Tired when you walk into the store for some major purchases, you must run the car. But if you only choose a few things, so why not go? Or ride a bike? Think of other areas where you can reduce your trips or hikes together.

For those who followed, minimize the period during which it may be inactive, and chat with friends, or waiting for someone, etc. Turn off your engine if you sit a few minutes or more. To begin, accelerate gently and evenly. There is no reason to Stomp”it “. This is just a waste of money and in return? Use of public transport buses and trains to work, shopping or visiting friends, if possible.

Bicycle or on foot (to repeat it’s important).

Employers who provide home as an opportunity to exploit this and replace equipment for work at home, if possible.
